Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You will also be responsible for:
*Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and developments.
*Advising on and negotiating landlord and tenant agreements.
*Providing strategic legal advice to clients.
*Drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal documents and contracts.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with experience in commercial property matters. You will also:
*Be confident managing a busy and varied caseload.
*Possess strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.
*Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Be commercially astute and client-focused.
*Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
