Location: Remote, but would need to attend meetings in the South

About This Role:
As a Marketing Automation Executive at our B2B tech-enabled delivery company, your focus will be on driving lead generation and managing marketing campaigns using HubSpot. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales team and external Senior Marketing Consultant to deliver tangible results through data-driven marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, optimizing email outreach, and supporting key marketing initiatives that contribute to company growth. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical marketing function within an exciting startup and work alongside internal and external stakeholders to implement effective strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Marketing Campaigns: Leverage HubSpot to create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive lead generation. Manage end-to-end email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Campaign Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing and conversion processes.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for email marketing, landing pages, social media (especially LinkedIn), and other marketing assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and voice. You must be comfortable using Canva for design, following consistent templates for campaign and brand uniformity.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and strategic recommendations to enhance productivity, lead conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and lead qualification, providing the sales team with insights and materials that support their outreach.
- Event and Webinar Support: Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of events and webinars, creating event-related marketing materials, driving attendance, and managing follow-up communications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry best practices, implementing A/B testing and other methods to continually improve the ROI of marketing programs.
- Lead Management: Use HubSpot to manage the lifecycle of leads, including lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and tracking progress through the sales funnel.
- Optimization: Ensure Hubspot CRM data is accurate and up to date to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date with industry trends to provide insights for marketing strategies.
What we are looking for:
- HubSpot Expertise: 3+ years of experience using HubSpot for B2B marketing automation, email marketing, and lead management.
- Campaign Management: Proven ability to execute email and digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, including lead generation and ROI.
- Content Creation Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation abilities, particularly for email marketing, landing pages, and social media.
- Analytical Abilities: Experience generating performance reports, tracking key metrics, and offering strategic insights to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with sales and marketing teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
