The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring top-notch audit quality and compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP standards.
Responsibilities:
*Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of audit and accounting clients.
*Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and other relevant regulations.
*Lead and mentor a team of audit and accounts professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
*Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
*Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting practices accordingly.
Requirements: *ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
*Full clean drivers licence.
*Extensive experience in audit and accounting, with a strong understanding of current standards and regulations.
*Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
