Assistant Manager | Luxury Accessories | Up to £70,000 + Bonus
Zachary Daniels Recruitment are supporting a world-renowned luxury brand, known for their creativity and innovative products across ready to wear and accessories.An exciting time to join the brand during this incredible period of growth, we are working closely with the brand to recruit an Assistant Manager to join one of their flagship on Bond Street.
The Assistant Manager role:
*Strong focus on driving CRM within your teams
*Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and achieve KPI’s
*Maximise sales opportunities
*Elevate in-store experience consistently delivering store excellence
*Stay up to date with market trends
The Assistant Manager requirements:
*Minimum 3 years’ experience within the luxury retail industry within ready to wear, accessories or footwear.
*Extensive experience driving CRM within your teams
*Strong organisational skills
*Entrepreneurial mindset
*Resilient and hard working
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
In return our Assistant Manager role is paying up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
