A renowned architecture firm based in London is recruiting an FP&A Manager to join its Finance team. The company is experiencing significant growth and is looking for an experienced and proactive individual to contribute to the ongoing development of the business through strategic financial planning and analysis.
This newly created role will report to the CFO and play a critical part in driving business performance. Key responsibilities include leading FP&A and commercial financial reporting, providing actionable insights for decision-making, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Commercial Director to enhance pricing strategies and optimize project resource planning. The role will also involve driving improvements in financial systems and processes, ensuring they align with business needs and support efficient operations.
Additionally, the FP&A Manager will provide support to the CFO with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to senior colleagues within the Finance team, and fostering a high-performance culture. Mentorship and guidance of team members will also be a key aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant with proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance analysis. Experience in systems improvement and project finance is highly desirable, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with non-financial stakeholders. A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills will be crucial for success in this role.
