Role Responsibilities *Accounts Preparation & Review: Manage the full accounts process for different business types, including sole traders, partnerships, and LLPs
*Software Skills: Work across Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Kashflow, efficiently handling digital records and manual records alike
*VAT & Tax Preparation: Prepare VAT returns, as well as personal and corporate tax filings, ensuring clients meet their obligations
*Staff Supervision: Lead and support junior team members, fostering development and maintaining team morale
*Deadline Management: Ensure timely and accurate reporting by tracking and meeting all client deadlines
