An exciting opportunity to join this public organisation on a 2-year contract. Whilst this organisation is undergoing a transformation, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence within the team.
Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of a high volume of payroll and pensions whilst leading a high-performing team.
Your new role
To succeed in your role, you will be an expert in Payroll and Pensions and have ideally worked in the public sector environment or worked in a high-volume driven business, where efficiency and accuracy is essential to executing a large payroll.
You will be adaptable to change as this organisation goes through a transition of change with new system migration and testing. Being able to work collaboratively with other business partners and communicate strategic ideas and new ways of working.
