Job Description:
Confident Sales & Customer Service Administrator required for a busy distribution company based in Brierley Hill, looking at a January start working on a 13 week temp to perm contract
The purpose of the role is to dela with all incoming orders and queries from existing customers
Some main duties to include
*Inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers
*Taking and processing sales orders by phone, fax and email
*Answering all incoming enquires on process, products
*Advising on order progresses and deliveries
*Customer complaint handling and offering returns/refunds
*All general office and admin duties
The right candidate must
*Be experienced in a sales role, ideally Sales Admin or order processing
*Be confident and professional talking over the phone
*Able to work in a busy sales department
*Have a Bubbly, confident personality
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.25am - 4.45pm
Weekly pay
Salary Negotiable - Up to £22,000pa
