Regional HR BP role
6 month FTC

The client is a leading construction business with sites across the UK
Description
Key responsibilities;
*Act as a strategic partner to site leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
*Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance.
*Deliver and embed key HR projects, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
*Provide actionable insights through HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
*Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices across all locations.
*Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE processes where required.
Profile
The ideal candidate;
*Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a multi-site and fast paced environment
*Proven track record partnering senior stakeholders at Director and Board level
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
*Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
*Demonstrated success in delivering HR projects within tight time frames.
*Flexibility to travel frequently across the West & Midlands regions.
*CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification or equivalent experience.
Job Offer
On offer;
*£60,000-£65,000
*Car or car allowance
*Hybrid working (roughly 3 days on site, 2 from home)

*Potential to extend beyond 6 months
