Key Responsibilities:
*Lead paid social media campaigns and manage content scheduling across platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
*Oversee paid search strategies, optimising performance and ensuring campaigns align with wider marketing goals.
*Report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media activity aligns with broader communications and marketing strategies.
*Use creativity and data-driven insights to develop engaging content that amplifies the organisation’s online presence and mission.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience managing social media channels and running paid social media campaigns.
*Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
*Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
*A passion for heritage, culture, and sharing stories through digital platforms.
