9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Monday to Friday
Are you an organised and personable individual looking for a temporary receptionist role in central London? Our client, a vibrant studio, seeks someone to join their team!
Responsibilities:
*Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
*Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
*Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
*Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including sorting mail and managing appointments.
*Provide general support to the office staff as required.
Requirements:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
