Our client is a leading business in the commercial property services sector. Due to ongoing growth they are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to come and lead their marketing team. Based from their office in Swinton, you will manage a team of two excellent marketers, responsible for all activities across the full marketing mix.
Key responsibilities
*Lead and manage a team of 2 marketing professionals, providing guidance and support, helping them to develop their skills further.
*Develop and implement marketing strategies across all aspects of media, including digital marketing, social media, exhibitions, offline advertising, sales collateral and more.
*Oversee content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals.
*Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, social media, and offline advertising.
*Experience in managing and developing a marketing team.
*Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
