Part-Time Bookkeeper – 22 Hours a Week

I am working with a growing accountancy practice seeking an AAT-qualified (or qualified by experience) bookkeeper to bring their talents to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly on a part-time basis (22 hours per week) while contributing to meaningful client work.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
*Setting up clients on various accounting software platforms
*Inputting financial records, performing reconciliations, and delivering trial balances for year-end accounts
*Extracting data for management accounts and internal reporting
*Supporting clients with day-to-day queries, ensuring seamless software collaboration
*Managing VAT registrations and liaising with clients for VAT and quarterly accounts information
*Handling key administrative tasks within the practice
About you:
*Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably within an accounting practice
*Expertise in producing reports up to trial balance
*Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero
*Exceptional communication skills – you’ll enjoy solving client queries over the phone
*Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities
*Hold a full drivers license due to location.
