About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused leader to manage a small, close-knit customer service team. You’ll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
*Manage client requests, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
*Optimise processes and build strong client relationships.
*Monitor and improve team performance.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven management experience in customer service or a similar field.
*Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
