Job Title: IT Business Performance Analyst (Rail Industry)
Location: Birmingham (preferred) or London, UK
Rate: £350 - £450 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: January 2025 - March 2025, with potential extension and temp-to-perm opportunity if interested
Salt Recruitment’s Public Sector team is seeking a skilled IT Business Performance Analyst to join an established organisation within the Rail industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on data analysis, forecasting, and operational templates for a critical public-sector programme.
Key Responsibilities: *Hands-on data analysis and submission of financial forecasts.
*Gathering, analysing, and presenting information using predefined templates.
*Managing purchase orders and supporting financial planning processes.
*Monitoring and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
*Ensuring data quality and completeness to support informed decision-making.
What We’re Looking For: *Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Rail industry is essential.
*Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis, with a strong ability to handle and interpret large datasets.
*Operational Knowledge: Experience working with purchase orders and corporate financials in a complex environment.
*Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present analytical insights.
Additional Details: *Interviews: Scheduled for the 15th and 16th of January 2025.
*Working Arrangement: Hybrid working model - 2 days per week onsite in Birmingham or London (Birmingham is preferred).
