Team Manager - Children’s Safeguarding Team
Bromley
Team: Safeguarding and Care Planning Teams
Salary: Up to £55,890.00 per annum
Additional Benefits:

Bromley Children’s Social Care has recently been awarded an Ofsted rating of "outstanding".
Main Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage a team of social workers in either the Referral & Assessment or Safeguarding and Care Planning Teams
*Ensure high-quality and effective social work practice to safeguard children and young people
*Provide reflective supervision and professional support to team members
*Manage caseloads to ensure timely and effective interventions
*Collaborate with multi-agency partners to support children and families
*Monitor and review case progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices
*Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members
*Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives
