Job Description:
Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with a local law firm in their search for a conveyancing assistant. This is the ideal role for an individual with strong conveyancing experience looking to make an impact into a well-established team and environment.
Responsibilities include:
*Preparing and providing quotes
*Sending out Contract Packs
*Completing matters and producing the documents for exchange and completion
*Preparing SDLT Forms
*Applying for searches
*Preparing legal documents
*Preparing Completion Statements
*Updating clients and agents
You’ll be perfect for the role if:
*Have prior conveyancing experience
*Familiarity with case management systems
*Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook
*Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
*Strong client care and customer service skills
*Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and third parties
*Ability to use diplomacy, tact, and sensitivity when dealing with others
*Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously
*Strong time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
*High attention to detail and accuracy with figures
Benefits: 
*A competitive salary DOE between £30,000 - £35,000
