We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telemarketer with strong research skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, conducting market research, and gathering valuable insights to support our sales and marketing strategies.
Day-to-day of the role: *Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
*Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning.
*Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
*Gather and analyse data on competitors, market conditions, and customer preferences.
*Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and research findings in our CRM system.
*Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
*Provide feedback and insights to improve our telemarketing and research strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales. But must have outbound sales experience.
*Strong research and analytical skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
*Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
