Job Description:
*Up to £32,000 + bonus

An award-winning luxury brand is looking for a positive and experienced Trade Sales Consultant with a passion for homewares & interiors to join their sales team.
As a key team member of this award winning, prestigious brand you will use your first-class communications and people skills to deliver the best possible service to their trade customers. Working with a range of clients including interior designers and architects, you will provide product suggestions and recommendations, and assist them with custom & made to order enquires to maximise sales and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
*Building and maintaining strong and genuine relationships with potential and existing clients
*Thoroughly understanding clients’ needs, upwardly servicing wherever possible
*Issuing quotes and keeping on top of these to ensure that they are progressing, tracked accurately, and being won in a helpful manner
*Processing sales orders, purchase orders and invoices accurately
*Ensuring all bespoke orders are processed with an eye for detail
*Working collaboratively with the studio’s design team to interpret and project manage custom enquiries and commissions
*Working closely with our roster of makers and workshops to track production
*Being aware of how live orders are progressing throughout the production process
*Working closely with the procurement and delivery team, making sure that any special requirements are communicated and actioned
*Taking an active part in client outreach to communicate new launches
*Working in a collaborative manner to reach monthly and quarterly targets
*Managing ongoing care of the sales database and its record accuracy
*Manning the shop floor
Skills required:
*Trade sales experience working for a high-end, service focused brand
*Experience within the furniture industry or working directly with interior designers a plus
*Some experience of working in a showroom would be ideal
*Articulate and a strong communicator, happy to help and engage in conversations
*An excellent command of written and spoken English, both face to face and via phone and email
*Numerate and accurate, with an aptitude for IT and systems. CRM experience an advantage
*A team player with a positive outlook who works using initiative
*Bright and warm and proactive individual, happy to muck in, help out and adaptable
