Key Responsibilities *Deliver high-quality therapy to stroke patients in community and inpatient settings.
*Provide expert support for rehabilitation and recovery.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
*Independently manage complex caseloads, including discharge planning.
Key Requirements *Minimum 6 months NHS experience.
*Experience in stroke rehabilitation and community-based care.
*Proven ability to manage complex and diverse caseloads.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
