A growing manufacturing business located in the Oldham area, is embarking on a rapid growth journey over the next 5 years and therefore is seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their business.
Your Role will involve:
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with executive and commercial teams, becoming a trusted advisor while taking ownership of financial management and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include:
*Developing strong working relationships across teams.
*Managing budgets, re forecasting, and delivering insightful financial analysis.
*Driving improvements in data processing and reporting.
*Producing timely and accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
*Leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring robust financial controls.

What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
*Qualification as an ACA, CIMA, or ACCA accountant.
*Strong leadership and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
*Expertise in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (preferably Sage Line 1000), and financial reporting.
*A proven track record in managing budgets, improving processes, and fostering collaboration.
*A forward-thinking approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
