As our Root Cause Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for:
*Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Leading detailed investigations of system and process breaches, using structured RCA methodologies to identify the underlying causes of issues.
*Developing Corrective Action Plans and preventive strategies to address identified root causes and prevent recurrence.
*Gathering and analysing data related to breaches, identifying patterns and trends to proactively address vulnerabilities.
*Reviewing and documenting existing processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation to minimise breaches.
*Evaluating the impact of identified breaches and assessing the potential risks associated with process gaps, ensuring that timely mitigations are in place.
*Partnering with stakeholders across departments to ensure the adoption of root cause findings and action plans, providing regular updates and reports on progress and results.
*Developing and delivering training sessions and workshops to increase awareness of root cause analysis and continuous improvement across the organisation.
What we are looking for in our ideal RCA Specialist:
*Experience in root cause analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
*Proven track record in conducting RCAs and reducing system or process breaches in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience with RCA methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone) Diagrams, or other structured problem-solving tools.
*Experience of scoping and delivering change initiatives with good understanding of project and change management methodologies.
*Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
*Knowledge of risk management and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar is preferred.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
