Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Infrastructure Support Engineer who will play a crucial role in our operations, providing technical support to our teams across the company.
Client Details
Our client is based in Chessington and has over 5,000 dedicated employees.
Description
*Providing 1st, 2nd & some 3rd line technical support to employees across the company.
*Ticket management using ServiceNow
*Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries.
*Working closely with the technology team to resolve more complex issues.
*Documenting all actions in line with company and industry standards.
*Assisting in the management of software and hardware inventories.
*Participating in IT projects as required.
Profile
A successful Infrastructure Support Engineer member should have:
*Strong skill set and experience of Infrastructure and user support.
*Good understanding of O365, Windows 10 & 11,and ITIL framework.
*Familiar with Azure environment.
*Experience of network troubleshooting.
*Strong skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Job Offer
*£200-£230 Per Day, Depending of experience.
*Long term contract
