This role is a long-term supply position starting in January 2025, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and punctuality.
About the Role As a Medical Welfare Officer, you will be an essential part of our school community, providing first aid and medical support to students and staff as needed. Key Responsibilities *Administering first aid to students and staff, ensuring their welfare and safety.
*Maintaining accurate medical records and managing individual healthcare plans.
*Monitoring and replenishing medical supplies in accordance with regulations.
*Liaising with parents, guardians, and healthcare professionals as necessary.
*Supporting the school’s safeguarding team with welfare-related matters.
Requirements *As a medical welfare officer in Ealing you will need to have a Level 1, 2, or 3 qualification in First Aid.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A caring, calm, and patient approach when working with children and young people.
*Experience in a similar role or educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
