Position Details:
*Role: Early Years Educator
*Location: Newham
*Hours: Shift work between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday
*Contract: Full-time, all year round
*Qualification: Level 3 Early Years qualification required
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s development across the EYFS framework.
*Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
*Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records to inform parents and support planning.
*Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a nurturing and high-quality care setting.
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers, ensuring excellent communication.
*Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding standards are upheld at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
*A Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
*Proven experience in an early years setting, with strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
*Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
