Job Description:
Principal Accounts Payable Associate
We are seeking motivated Principal Accounts Payable Associates to join our team in Alfreton, starting on 6th January 2025 for a six-week assignment. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and the rest of the week from home.
Salary: £27,500 temp equivalent
Location: DE55 4QJ
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion
- Proven background in debt management
- Worked in a busy Accounts Payable environment, handling high volumes (50,000 cash allocations and over 600,000 invoices)
Technical Skills:
- Accurate data entry and invoicing
- Payment reconciliation and credit management
- Financial reporting and familiarity with ERP software
- Cash application and dispute resolution
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication
- Excellent time management and analytical thinking
- Problem-solving capabilities and team collaboration
