Job Description:
An award-winning, rapidly growing healthcare company is on the hunt for an ambitious and results-oriented Regional Business Development Manager. This is a remote role with occasional visits required at their office in the South.
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will drive growth across key markets, identify fresh business opportunities and align with stakeholders to promote a diverse portfolio of healthcare products. Your consultative sales expertise will help you establish strong networks across decision-makers in larger trusts and organisations, making a tangible impact on the company’s market presence.
The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional, skilled in understanding client needs and adept at closing deals. You’ll thrive in a solution-focused environment, maintaining a steady sales pipeline, and engaging with high-level stakeholders, prior experience in healthcare sales is not required just the ability to win new business from a B2B background.

Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Own sales targets with accountability for results
*Manage a well-organised sales pipeline in line with company goals and strategy
*Represent the company at conferences and networking events to expand relationships and business opportunities
Skills & Experience:
*Proven track record in sales, with a focus on new business generation
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience selling to decision-makers across multiple levels
*Target-driven, with a history of success in Business Development Manager roles
*Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong time management abilities
*Familiarity with sales processes and services
*Creative, resilient, and proactive in tackling challenges
*Healthcare industry experience is a plus
