Job Description:
Our well established Surbiton based client are seeking an experienced Coffee Sales Manager to join their team covering the Southeast. Salary up to £32,000 + performance related bonus.
You will be responsible for identifying new customer opportunities within your designated sales territory and developing the existing customer base by delivering first class customer service and training. You’ll work to achieve the agreed sales targets, profit and business goals by managing customer accounts in your allocated territory and selling the most relevant range of products and services that meets the customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to progress quickly within a small ambitious employee-owned company. You might be an extraordinary Barista trainer looking to get a foot on the Sales ladder.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage your time effectively to achieve or exceed targeted customer and prospect visits per week
*Administration of customer accounts
*Follow a structured approach to the sales process (including full equipment and coffee audit, understanding of current customer sales history)
*Manage all customer interaction in the field including business development, coffee quality, training, machine movements, administration and all aspects of outstanding sales support
*Recognise opportunities to grow customer value using gap analysis report
2 years sales experience required and a driving licence
