Administrator
Monday - Friday
£25k-£30k Per Annum
Office based 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic and fast paced team within the construction industry based in Sidcup. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent time management skills, good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task!
Duties will include, but not limited to:
*Keep files and databases organized and up to date.
*Work closely with the team manager to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
*Do various office tasks as needed to help the department.
*Communicate with people inside and outside the company to make sure things run smoothly between departments.
*Monitor departing costs.
*Make sure documents are processed quickly and correctly.
*Looking after the out of hours mobile on a rota basis, to handle the emergency works calls
*Handling multiple tasks at once, and being able to prioritise
Skills/experience:
*Experience of working in a similar environment E.G working within an office that supports services
*Self-Motivated, flexible and reliable
*Strong ability to work towards deadlines
*Be a good team player
*Intermediate to advanced level with IT skills especially MS Word and Excel
*Experience of working within administration
*Experience within the construction/engineering industry desirable but not essential
