Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join arapidly growing FinTech SaaS company. As a hands-on CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technology operations, from software development to infrastructure management, while ensuring that our technology aligns with the strategic goals of the business. You will lead a talented team of engineers and collaborate closely with other departments to drive innovation, improve product offerings, and scale our technology platform to meet the demands of a fast-growing market.
Key Responsibilities *Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance FinTech SaaS products.
*Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
*Ensure that products meet both regulatory compliance requirements and high-quality standards.
*Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of emerging technologies that can drive product differentiation.
*Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, attracting top talent and providing mentorship to help them grow professionally.
*Promote a collaborative, agile work environment where engineering, product, and business teams work closely together to deliver solutions.
*Guide and support team members in their technical growth, helping to resolve complex technical challenges.
*Stay informed about FinTech trends, regulations, and industry shifts to anticipate market demands and technology opportunities.
*Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback that informs product direction and enhancements.
Role Requirements *Proven experience as a senior technology leader, preferably in the FinTech, SaaS, or similar technology-driven industry.
*Strong background in software architecture, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and building scalable SaaS platforms.
*Hands-on experience with modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps.
*Expertise in security protocols, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
*Ability to roll up sleeves and get involved in coding, architecture design, and technical problem-solving when necessary.
*A hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company with limited resources.
*Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive the technical vision and execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
*Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, insurance) is a significant advantage.
*Familiarity with the latest trends in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics as applied to FinTech.
*Knowledge of API-driven architectures and microservices.
