This role is ideal for someone who is great at building relationships, driving results and excellent attention detail whilst being able to deal with high volumes.

Our client is a growing business based in Poole to support with a growing customer base. There is a volume of outstanding debt that needs to be chased and cleared.
Description
As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
*Chasing outstanding monies via email and at times via phone
*Allocating incoming cash into the correct account
*Maintaining positive customer relationships
*Keeping up to date customer records
*Negotiating payment terms with customers
*Escalating unresolved debt collection to the management team
*Starting the litigation process where required
Profile
The successful candidate for the Credit Controller position will have done the majority if not all of the above.
