Job Description:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
An exciting temporary opportunity to join a global media company as a Personal Assistant for 2 months!
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
*Managing multiple diaries across internal and external meetings
*Coordinating travel arrangements
*Handling event management (both internal and external as required)
*Maintaining workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures
*Creating and revising systems and procedures by analysing operational practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing necessary changes
*Developing administrative staff by offering information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth
*Resolving administrative problems by coordinating report preparation, analysing data, and identifying solutions
*Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
*Providing company or project information by responding to questions and requests
*Managing supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
*Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results
*Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, and participating in professional societies
*Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
*Minimum 12 months diary management experience
*Strong Microsoft Suite experience
*Experience working in creative industries
*Experience supporting Director level
