As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently. Description
The key responsibilities for the EA role are:
*Strategic Calendar Management: Organise and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with key priorities and business objectives.
*Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, and provide thorough follow-up for internal and external meetings, including board meetings.
*Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and inquiries with professionalism.
*Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics for domestic and international trips.
*Document Preparation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs for meetings and strategic initiatives.
*Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
*Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost care and confidentiality.
*Project Support: Assist with special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
*Administrative Oversight: Manage expense reporting, document filing, and other administrative tasks to support the CEO’s efficiency.
Profile
The successful candidate for the EA role is someone with the following:
*Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
*Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
*Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
*Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and other relevant tools.
*Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.
*Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving challenges efficiently.
*Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to represent the CEO and the company with poise and professionalism.
