Job Description:
Employee Benefits Consultant
We are currently partnered with an established, well-known employee benefits consultancy that have multi-national & international presence and are looking for an experience employee benefits professional to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Managing a book of SME clients consulting across both Group Risk & Healthcare benefits
*Be the first point of contact for clients to deal with their queries and to be able to respond to those quickly
*Proactively build relationships with existing and new clients
Essential Criteria:
*Must have prior employee benefits experience - ideally multi-disciplined in healthcare & group risk
*Ability to maintain & build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
This role can be fully remote, with the expectation of going to an office once per month, or can be hybrid to an office in West Yorkshire.
