As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to full-time
The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
*Basic of up to £25,000
*An OTE of up to £30,000

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
*Worked within the role previously.
*Basic IT skills
*Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
*Strong customer service skills
*A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
*Confidence
*Great negotiation skills
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
*Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals.
*Building excellent rapport with Tenants and landlords alike
*Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information.
*Booking viewings and carrying out viewings
*Being proactive to achieve new business opportunities.
*Dealing with offers
*Answering incoming calls and queries
*Valuing and Listing when required
