Job Description:
We’re partnering with a innovate charity dedicated to ending modern slavery to recruit an exceptional Senior Finance Business Partner to join the London-based team. The charity works with local partners to protect and free lives, through investing in communities most affected by modern slavery, maximising impact through data and insights and inspiring confidence through achieving life-changing results.
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation’s financial health and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include:
*Managing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
*Acting as a trusted advisor to budget holders, senior leaders, and donors.
*Ensuring compliance with donor funding requirements and overseeing audits.
*Supporting capacity building through staff training and financial systems improvement.
*Preparing financial analyses and commentary to aid decision-making.
This senior position reports to the Head of Finance and collaborates across the organisation to support transformative programmes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Qualified Accountant or equivalent in experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts.
*In-depth understanding of donor funding and compliance requirements.
*Experience in financial management within the charity sector.
*Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel (including financial modelling).
*Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits include flexible/hybrid working with 1-2 days standard in the Central London office, a 10% non-contributory pension and 25 days holidays.
