Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing efforts in the UK market with a digital-first approach, you will be responsible for driving growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple digital channels.

Description
*Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the UK market that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
*Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overarching brand and marketing strategies
*In conjunction with the global agency, support the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email, and display advertising
*Manage UK-specific marketing budgets and track performance metrics to ensure ROI on all campaigns
*Analyse and report on market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to inform ongoing strategy
*Create and manage content that resonates with the UK audience, ensuring relevance and engagement across all digital channels
*Optimise UX across digital platforms to drive conversions and improve customer satisfaction
*Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
*Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices to continually optimise marketing efforts
Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
*5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in the UK market
*Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
*Experience with analytic tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure and report on campaign performance
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams
*Strong project management and organisational skills
*A creative, results-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing
