Job Description:
Onboarding Manager £18.50 per hour (umbrella rate) Minimum 6-month contract
This role requires 2 days a week in the client offices in Newport, South Wales We have a new vacancy working with a public sector client for a minimum of 6 months.
Your main duties will include ensuring candidates and managers are kept informed throughout the onboarding process whilst providing a positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for providing management with data for the new starters.
I am keen to speak to Recruitment Administrators who have worked in a similar role with skills and experience including:
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communicator who can work well in a team and under own initiative and build relationships
*Good IT skills, particularly in MS office
*Used to working to tight deadlines and able to prioritise workload
