Position Overview:
We are seeking a Solicitor, open from Newly Qualified (NQ) to an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic team based in a firm in Aberdeen. If you have up to one year of post-qualification experience and a passion for private client work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning.
*Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
*Assist in the administration of estates and trust management.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
*Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the growth of the private client department.
Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor (From NQ+ PQE) with experience in private client matters.
