Are you an experienced and enthusiastic nurse looking for a career in renal care? Here at Evolve we are recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to join a supportive team who focus on delivering exceptional patient-centred care. This role is based in South East London and is dedicated to their renal department. In this role, you will undertake the role of the Nurse in charge and occasionally deputise for the clinical manager.

Ideal Requirements for a Senior Staff Nurse
*Strong experience in a renal dialysis setting (2 years +)
*Ideally have a Mentorship/Teaching Qualification.
*In possession of, or working towards, a post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent)
*Awareness and understanding of the NMC code of professional conduct.
*NMC registered nurse.
Role Responsibilities for a Senior Staff Nurse
*Take ownership of care programs for renal patients, performing patient assessments throughout treatments.
*Review pre and post - haemodialysis care with patients and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient - centred care.
*Provide mentorship to the team, supporting fellow nurses and other staff to share knowledge and skills.
*Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, adhering to the correct processes.
