Commercial Litigation Legal PA
Award winning boutique Commercial Litigation London law firm is looking to a hire a new Commercial Litigation Legal PA to work for one Partner and a small team of Associates to take on a very involved position, this firm is very inclusive and are very well known to the market with how well they look after their team. 
*To £55,000+ salary plus very generous bonus
*Office based 5 days per week
*9:30am – 5:30pm + paid overtime
Commercial Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
*Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel)
*Manage billing and expenses processes on behalf of the team.
*Be an effective and professional gatekeeper, to include managing telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for team and first port of call for clients
*Demonstrate confidentiality, diplomacy and a thorough understanding of the group and clients who you support
Commercial Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
*2-3 years proven commercial litigation experience working in a Legal PA style role in a legal environment / law firm
*Advanced knowledge of various MS software programs and team management skills are essential
*Digital dictation experience
