*Develop and implement sourcing strategies for fleet and outsourcing services

*Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to realise these savings
*Manage risks associated with fleet and outsourcing
*Participate in cross-functional teams to execute procurement initiatives

A successful ’Buyer (Fleet & Outsourcing)’ should have:
*Supporting Procurement Management through their category processes and area of spend
*Generalist background, showing willingness and adaptability to new categories, or Fleet experience
*Strong negotiation skills
*Knowledge of procurement systems and processes
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
