*Deliver excellent customer service, offering clear communication and tailored solutions.
*Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work undertaken.
*Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and best practices.
About You:
*Proven experience as an IT Field Service Engineer or similar role.
*Strong technical expertise in hardware, software, and networking.
*Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and server management.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
*Full UK driving license is essential.
*Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
