Business Development Manager leading to Sales Director

Building on their outstanding technical credentials they are in the process of introducing a new rangeof solutionsinto the UK market.They are searching for an ambitious individual to take the lead in developing this new venture
Overview of Role:
You will be responsible forhelping devise the overall business strategy, leading sales in the UK market and building a team as the new Company grows. Reporting to the business owner you will be able to draw on the technical and operation resources of the parent Company
Responsibilities:
* Assist in and delivering devising sales plans for the UK
* Build your team as the company grows
* Co-ordinate and attend appropriate exhibitions, either locally or within specified regions
* Provide quality management to all customers especially key accounts, ensuring there is always technical support available, in the first instant from the parent
Desirable Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of sales experiencefocusing on the selling of integrated solutions
* Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
* An entrepreneurial attitude and most of all an ambition to take overall responsibility for a company
* Working knowledge of Microsoft products and social media
* Strong negotiation skills
