Job Description:
The Skills You’ll Need: PA, Secretary, Team secretary, Japanese
Your New Salary: £39,000-45,000
Hybrid (2 days office. 3 days whf)
Start: ASAP
Working hours: 35 hours/week
Japanese speaking PA - What You’ll be Doing:
*Work intensively and proactively to support the GM.
*Manage the GM’s daily schedule. Plan, book, and manage logistics for business trips, meetings, and events.
*Prepare various reports and manage documents. (Japanese and English)
*Provide support for accounting and financial closing processes.
*Take meeting minutes.
*Handle expense management using Concur and SAP.
*Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist team members with administrative tasks.
Japanese speaking PA - The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
*Effective verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
*Must have previous PA/ Secretary experience
*Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
*Strong time management and organizational skills
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment
