Job Description:
Our client, a renowned talent management agency, is seeking an Agent’s Assistant to support a Company Director work with talent across the entertainment industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Coordinating the Director’s time management to support a range of clients and associated administration.
*Handling diaries for high-profile clients and the Company Director.
*Managing day-to-day logistics.
*Coordinating client logistics with agencies and partners.
*Assisting with corporate events and brand partnerships.
*Attending events and shoots with clients occasionally.
*Using the internal forecasting system to track broadcasts, paid activities, and partnerships.
*Ensuring clients can easily obtain documents such as contracts.
*Managing end-to-end brand deals including contracts.
*Preparing concise client briefs that guide clients through content creation.
*Sourcing and distributing clear meeting notes.
*Updating client biographies and statistics updated on the company website and media cards.
*Raising invoices.
*Providing support to the company as needed.
Requirements:
*Previous experience working in a similar role.
*Able to build relationships and work independently without supervision.
*Desire to progress to an Agent role.
*Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
*Highly organised and strong attention to detail.
*Genuine interest in the entertainment industry and digital trends.
*Able to meet deadlines using efficient work approaches.
*Good administration skills.
*Understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
*Professional manner.
