Homeless Housing Options Officer
Location:  Nottingham   (Hybrid)
Duration:   3 months +
Hours: 35hrs

Venn Group are looking for dedicated Homeless Housing Options Officer to join a Leading Housing Association. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable people and looking for your next challenge apply now!!
 The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Working with Part VII Housing Act 1996
*Professionally make S184 Decisions
*Candidate will oversee the whole Homeless process from first point of contact until the very end and placing them in suitable accommodation
*Assess homeless housing applications
*Work and understand the perimeters of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017
*Support service users with making housing and benefit applications.
*Give service users general advice on housing and any other benefits they are entitled too
*Person will be responsible for homeless prevention and relief.
The successful candidate will have: 
*Full UK Drivers License
*DBS
*Minimum of a 1 year experience
*Made s184 decisions
