For this role, we are looking to appoint an experienced file handler to the credit hire team.
Responsibilities include,
*Handle a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases
*Responsible for small claims, fast track and exposure to multi track
*Collecting evidence, witness statements and court hearings
*Running a litigated caseload of claims
*Submitting claims to the MOJ/OIC Portal
For this role, we are looking for experienced candidates with the following criteria,
*2+ years of experience at a law firm
*Experience as a file handler for a litigated caseload
*Experience in running a caseload of RTA to credit hire files
*Ability to run fast to multi track cases
