Position: Pastoral Team Manager
Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: Grade 4 Spinal Point 10-15. £26,316 - £28,293 per annum (FTE £30,630 - £32,931 per annum, inclusive of Outer London Weighting).
Start Date: January 2025

About the Role As a Pastoral Team Manager, you will provide a full range of pastoral care to support our students’ well-being and academic success. You will work in partnership with staff, parents, and external agencies to help students overcome social and emotional barriers to learning, ensuring they reach their full potential.
