Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
*Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
*Assist in the development of social skills and independence among pupils through engaging and interactive activities.
*Monitor and support the well-being and progress of pupils, adapting techniques to meet their unique needs.
*Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in special education.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Special Needs Education Teaching Assistant or in a similar role with transferable skills.
*A strong desire to make a significant impact in the lives of children with special educational needs.
*Confidence in handling the challenges that come with working in a special needs environment.
*Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the update service.
